How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the Settings menu in the app or website, or visit our account deletion page.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you purchased the ad-free upgrade on another device, sign in to your account and the purchase will sync automatically. On the app, you can also tap "Restore Purchases" on the Remove Ads card.

I found a bug in a puzzle!

Please use the form above and select "Bug Report". Include the puzzle name and difficulty level, and describe what seems wrong. We'll investigate and fix it!

How are daily puzzles selected?

Daily puzzles are the same for all players worldwide. A new set of four daily puzzles (one for each difficulty) is available every day at midnight UTC.

Can I play offline?

The mobile app works offline once puzzles are loaded. Your progress will sync when you reconnect to the internet.
